The Special Education Teacher – Inclusion Setting provides specially designed instruction and support to students with disabilities within the general education environment. The teacher collaborates with general education teachers and support staff to ensure access to grade-level curriculum while addressing individual learning needs through accommodations, modifications, and evidence-based instructional strategies. Instruction aligns with the Virginia Standards of Learning and supports students’ academic, social, and behavioral development.
