Staff Schedule

 

Dates and times are dependent upon program assignment(s).

 

Note: Current employees cannot receive pay for any summer school work until after their contract for their work days for the current school year have expired. Current employees with questions about their last work day should contact their HR Generalist for confirmation.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Requires a high school diploma and one (1) year of payroll experience, preferably in a school setting.  At least one (1) year of college level coursework and two (3) years of customer service experience is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Nature of Position

 

The summer school payroll clerk processes payroll for summer school and provides support to the front office within a public school setting during the summer.  The work includes entering pertinent employee payroll data, making appropriate calculations pertinent to payroll processes.  The successful candidate(s) will communicate with school employees regarding confidential payroll information.
